Birthday Presents & Haul

Hi everyone,
So as you may (or may not) know, last week I turned 18! 
For my Birthday, I decided to do Galaxy Nails (which you can see here). I didn't receive that many nail polishes for my Birthday, so I thought I'd show you my recent haul too. 


















Birthday Presents:

My little sister bought me a No7 Gift Set:





 No7 Damson Dream, No7 Salsa, No7 Protect & Perfect Hand Cream, No7 Vivid Violet and No7 Totally Teal.

One of my friends also bought me these nail polishes:


Mac Factor Mini Nail Polish in Jade Stone,  Maybelline Color Show Iced Queen and Mac Factor Mini Nail Polish in Diva Violet.
(I've been wanting Iced Queen for such a long time so I was so happy to receive this!)

So that's the end of my Birthday haul, but over the last few months I also won a few competitions! I couldn't believe it when I won - I was so shocked!

First of all I won one of Models Own's Facebook giveaways! 
I won the whole Fireworks collection.








I also won Naileymabob's new blog design giveaway, here's  the prize I received:


Nail Lacquer UK Impassible, Nail Lacquer UK Lilac Lover and Nail Lacquer UK Starfluff.

I've always loved AJ's indie nail polish brand and have never gotten the chance to try any, so I was so happy to win this.


To say I've been on a nail polish ban these last few months, I think I did pretty well. I only bought two things, which I think were pretty justifiable.


I picked up Models Own Corrector Pen (see my review here), because my Barry M Corrector pen ran out.

I also managed to find the perfect turquoise nail polish - I've been trying to find the perfect colour for such a long time now!


Maybelline Color Show Urban Turquoise.

To say the least, I'm pretty excited about all of these nail polishes. I've never tried Maybelline nail polishes before so I'm looking forward to trying them out and I cannot wait to try my Nail Lacquer UK Polishes - they're my first indie polish too! I'm also intrigued by the Fireworks collection too!
