Guest Post: Galorious

Hi everyone,
Today I have another guest post from the lovely Cherelle from Galorious.
Cherelle creates so many amazing designs - I especially like her monotone and tribal designs!
Anyway over to Cherelle:

Hi! I'm from Galorious Blog and it is an honour to guest post for Jayna!

My friend suggested for me to create some Chilli nails a while back, so I have finally put it to test as an accent nail.

I was surprised at how easy it was to create this look, and I only used Barry M polishes because there are so many colours to choose from! I used a base coat of Barry M Bright Red on my all my nails apart from my thumb and Index finger. For my other two nails I used Barry M Papaya as the base colour for the design. I only needed to use two coats as they a very pigmented polishes.

I painted the Chillies by firstly painting the shape using white acrylic paint. After this, I filled in the colours using Barry M Limited Edition Green, Bright Red and Mango. I created the tiny storks using Barry M Watermelon and outlined the rest with black acrylic paint.

For my topcoat, I used HK Girl Glisten and Glow for the final touch. These nails were so fun to create! It makes me want to explore all types of fruit and vegetable designs on my nails -but sadly it wont account for my 5 a day. :(
Thank you for letting me post on your blog, and I hope you do well in your exams!

Thank you so much for doing this guest post. I really love the design you've created - the accent nail works really well!
Don't forget to check out the Galorious blog!

What do you think the design?
Let me know what you think

  1. Really cool design! For some reason, I can almost just taste chili peppers when I look at it, the bright red colour represents it perfectly :D
