Lacquer Legion: Weird Science

Hi everyone,
So today I thought I'd show you my design for this months Lacquer Legion theme: Weird Science! If I'm honest when I first saw this prompt I wasn't going to talk part this month - I had no idea what to do! But then after I thought about it I decided to take the challenge and create a design!

Here's my design:

I used Barry M Gelly Coconut and LA Colors Art Deco Nail Striper in Black

You probably cannot guess but these are the symbols which represent different parts of a circuit. Electricity was always my favourite topic in science (Physics to be specific) so I decided to draw a few of the symbols on my nails.
From left to right: Lamp, Battery, Resistor, Open switch.

Here is a closer look:

Overall I'm really glad I decided to take part in this months theme! The design has turned out better than I expected!
What do you think of this design?
Have you taken part in this months theme?
Let me know what you think

  1. Haha I love your interpretation of the prompt! At first I was like "is that an odd chemical formula on her nails?" but once you explained it I could definitely see it and my old science class knowledge is coming back now! :)

  2. I like how simple these are. I was planning to do one too but I couldn't find time to do one in the end. Hopefully, I'll get back into this next month.
