Hi everyone,
So today I have the last part of the Mint London nail polishes I was sent to review. These are the two are the glitter toppers which I received.
So today I have the last part of the Mint London nail polishes I was sent to review. These are the two are the glitter toppers which I received.
So first of all I have Brickhouse*, a glitter topper with gold flecks in. I was so excited for this nail polish, I've been looking for something like this for a long time!
For these swatches I used 1-2 coats of Brickhouse layered over Mint London Elements. Application was quite tricky, but maybe that's just because I'm not very good at applying glitter toppers!
Next we have Sutra*, which has red flecks and white sprinkles (I think that's the correct term?!?) in. If' I'm honest I wasn't that intrigued by this nail polish when I first saw it.
For these swatches I used 1-2 coats of Sutra over Maybelline Color Show Blackout. I found this trickier to apply than Brickhouse, maybe it was just the texture of the glitter.
These nail polishes are both available from the Mint London website for £2.99.
Overall these 2 glitter toppers are quite unique. Although application was tricky, once you overcome that they are nice toppers which can be paired with lots of different nail polishes. I think my favourite has definitely got to by Brickhouse.

Have you tried Mint London nail polishes before?
Which topper is your favourite?
Let me know what you think

I like how you've used Brickhouse, but neither one of these really appeal to me.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jessica! I know what you mean!
DeleteThese are fun glitters! Probably not ones I would run to the store to get but there fun.
ReplyDeleteThank you Lisa! I agree
DeleteOMG I love Sutra! So cute. Brickhouse is cool, too. Bigger chunks like that are usually pretty difficult because the base has to be thick enough to grab them. I think you did a great job with it!
ReplyDeleteThank you Lizzy! Yeah, I think bigger glitters are a lot harder to work with! :)
DeleteI'm Always so surprised when I see the quality of your swatches :)
ReplyDeleteThe pictures look Always so stunning and beautiful. The lighting looks Always great!
I'd like to try these polishes myself as well <3
Thank you Julia! - that's such a big compliment! :)
