Hi everyone,
So today I have some very exciting swatches for you today from Graffiti Nails. Graffiti Nails is a new nail polish brand which has collaborated with the lovely Alice from One Nail to Rule Them All to bring out 13 stunning nail polishes, a basecoat and topcoat.

The nail polishes I'm showing you swatches of are Butterfly Pink*, Morning Mist* and Pistachio*.
When I first saw these bottles I immediately loved the packaging. The square shape makes them unique and I really like how they say the nail polish name on the front of the polish bottle - it's really useful. The square top makes a nice change which I found easy to use but for those of you who prefer round tops the bottle caps pulls off to reveal round tops which you can see here:

The brushes are also the perfect size too. My personal preference when it comes to nail polish brushes is wide brushes like the ones No7 nail polishes have so I was happy to see that these brushes were wider than normal. It made application a lot easier and the formula for all 3 of these nail polishes is great too. Anyway onto the swatches:

First up is Butterfly Pink* a pretty, girly colour which is perfect for summer! Usually I'm not that keen on pink nail polishes but recently I've seen my collection of pink nail polishes grow! As soon as I saw this pink I knew I had to have it, it's so nice!

For these swatches I used 2-3 coats of Butterfly Pink* on each nail depending on how thick I'd layered the nail polish on. I was really impressed with the drying time too - it was a long quicker than most nail polishes I own. The nail polish also dried with a really shiny finish too which you can see below.

Next we have Pistachio*. For those of you who read my blog often you probably know my 2 colour weaknesses are purple and turquoise! So naturally when I was asked to choose a few nail polishes from Graffiti Nails the first nail polish I chose was Pistachio! It's a gorgeous pastel mint/turquoise colour.

For these swatches I used 2 coats of Pistachio*. Just like Butterfly Pink the formula was great and it dried quickly with a shiny finish.

And last (but not least) we have Morning mist* a purple and silver holographic glitter. From the picture on the website I thought this was going to be more silver, but I actually really like that it is more purple. It has a mixture of big and small glitters.

I decided to show you the glitter polish over a range of different colours, all of which suit Morning Mist really well. For these swatches I used 2 coats of  Morning Mist* over Butterfly Pink*, Pistachio*, Avon Nailwear Pro Licorice  and Barry M Gelly Coconut (from left to right). I think my favourite combination is with the black base.

Overall, I really love these nail polishes and highly recommend them. From their cute little bottles and unique range of nail polishes it is clear this brand is going to do well! I've also heard they are planning to bring out a range of nailwraps too! I definitely think I'll pick up some more of these nail polishes - I love the look of Cherry Red and Festival Glitter!

Graffiti Nails nail polishes are £3.99 each and if you buy 3 then postage is free too! They are currently available through the Graffiti nails website where you can also take a look at their range of nail polishes.

What do you think of these nail polishes?

  3. I love that glitter! In the old days before Royal Mail cracked down on nail polish, I would have been looking for a swap for it with one of my UK friends.
