Polka Dots

Hi, today I decided to do some simple nail art and just put polka dots all over my nails.

I used Max Factor Cool Jade, Barry M Blueberry "ice cream" , Nails inc Elizabeth Street, Max Factor Diva Violet , Barry M Coral and NYC Little Italy.
I thought the colours worked well together, and it was simple to do, so i'll definitely do this again!

Leopard Print

Hi, today I decided to do a leopard print.
I loved the Fantasy Fire polish so much, that I decided to experiment and create a leopard print on top of it!

I used Max Factor Fantasy Fire, W7 Black , Rimmel Your Majesty and 17 Sphinx.

Fantasy Fire

Hi, today I decided to keep it simple and just paint my nails and not do any nail art.
I bought this colour a while back, as the hype over it was HUGE!

I used Max Factor Fantasy Fire.
I've wanted to paint this colour on my nails for a while now, but I've only just got round to it!
I decided to apply 2 base coats of Nails inc Elizabeth Street and then 2 coats of Max Factor Fantasy Fire on top.

This is a photo of the polish without flash.
Without flash the polish seems more purple and lighter, but with flash ( see above) the purple colour is much brighter!
I love the different colours within the polish especially the different purples and golds.
It looks great in all light, and I have to say it is one of my favourite polishes!

Glitter Nails

In June it was my Year 11 Prom and these are the nails I decided to do for them!

I used Topshop Nails in Ice Crush for the glitter.

I thought the gradient worked well for my first attempt and the glitter was actually silver, not multi-coloured!

French Manicure with a twist!

This has to be my favourite nail art design I have ever done.
I came up with the design myself after getting bored with constantly having a plain french manicure on my nails.

I used Rimmel Nail Tip Whitener, Models Own Nail Art Pen in Black, Models Own Nail Art Pen in White and LA Colors Art Deco Teal Glitter.

Christmas Nails 2011

Hi, these are the nails I did last year for Christmas!

I used Models Own Purple Pearl and Rimmel Your Majesty.

POW!

Hi! This was my first nail art attempt inspired by WAH Nails' POW.

I used Max Factor Diva Violet, Models Own Nail Art Pen in Black, Rimmel Nail Tip Whitener and a pin with a large head (apparently it's called a straight pin).

When I first saw the design on the WAH Nails website I immediately wanted it on my nails so I improvised with what I had (hence the rimmel tip whitener as my white) and got designing!

Hello Everyone!...

Hello!

I decided to join the world of blogging after being inspired by other nail bloggers like "The Nailasaurus" (thenailasaurus.com), "Chalkboard Nails" (chalkboardnails.com) and "One Nail To Rule Them All" (onenailtorulethemall.blogspot.co.uk).

I was first inspired about a year ago after stumbling across WAH Nails, and being amazed at all of their designs. After this I started reading nail blogs and then soon became obsessed with doing designs on my nails!

The first few posts will probably be me catching up on nail art I have done through the past year :)

I Hope you enjoy!
