Christmas Nails!

Hi everyone,
So I am back home for Christmas! I got back from university over the weekend but as soon as I got back I had to start work! To say the least it's been pretty busy for me the past few days and I doubt it'll be any quieter over Christmas!
Anyway it's Christmas Eve! Today I thought I'd show you the nail art which I'm going to wear for Christmas Day (tomorrow!). Here's my design:

I used Models Own HyperGel Sundress, Maybelline Color Show Urban Turquoise, Rimmel I Love Lasting Finish Your Majesty, Revlon Gold Coin and Sinful Colors Snow Me White

Festive wreath nails

Hi everyone,
So today's nails are a lot more festive than the ones I have previously posted this month. For some reason I'm not fully in the festive mood yet, maybe because I'm still at university until Friday or maybe I'm just waiting for the snow! Anyway, so for today's design I decided to do a festive wreath accent nail.
Here is the design I came up with:

I used No7 Sing the Blues, Models Own Pink Fizz, Barry M Gelly Coconut and Mint London Epic

Christmas Party Nails

Hi everyone,
So today I thought I'd show you the nails I wore to my work Christmas Party last weekend. I teamed these nails with a black lace skater dress, making the nails stand out.
Here is my design:

I used Rimmel Salon Pro Britpop and Revlon Gold Coin

Christmas Presents

Hi everyone,
So I'm sure this post is a few days overdue, but I still wanted to show you the nail polish I got for Christmas.

My parents had already told me that they weren't going to buy any nail polishes for Christmas (apparently I have too many, but you can never have too many nail polishes!), but they ended up buying me some in the end. I was also given a few other nail polishes too.

Christmas Skittle

Hi everyone,
It's 2 day's 'till Christmas! I'm so excited!
Anyway, today I'm going to show you the nails I will be wearing for Christmas day. I have so many different designs in mind, but in the end I decided to do a skittle mani - that way I can combine lots of different ideas! This is my first skittle mani, and I have to say I really like the idea of it!
Here's my design:

On my thumb I did a Christmas tree.
As you can probably tell, I used lots of different nail polishes to create this.

Christmas Pudding Nails

Hi everyone,
Today I thought I'd show you some Christmas nails I created as it's only 9 until Christmas! I'm so excited!

I wasn't really sure about this design at first, because I wasn't sure if the brown nail polish  would look nice with my skin , however I'm pretty happy with the results.
Here's my design:

I used an unamed brown nail polish, NYC High Line Green and Barry M Matt White. The little red star studs are from a NPW Nail Art Wheel.

Christmas Swatch: 17 Chateau

*This nail polish was purchase by me
Hi everyone,
As part of the Christmas swatches I've decided to show you one of the oldest nail polishes in my collection: 17 Chateau

I really love this colour, and always wear it around Christmas time. As you can see this nail polish is great for Christmas because it's red!

I'd say this nail polish is a cherry red, which has subtle gold flecks.

Snowman Nails!

Hi everyone,
I've been wanting to change my banner for a while now but was never satisfied with the designs I came up with, but I finally managed to find a design I liked. What do you think? - Or do you prefer my old banner?

Anyway, today I thought I'd show you some more Christmas Nails. The nearer it gets to Christmas, the more excited I get!
I decided to create some snowman nails, here's what I came up with:

I used Fing'rs Heart 2 Art Little White LieNo7 Striper in BlackNo7 Striper in SilverNails Inc Atomic and Barry M Nail Art Pen in Black.

I also used an unknown polish, which had little tiny silver glitter particles, which I used to create a glitter background.

Christmas Swatch: Revlon Gold Coin

*This nail polish was purchase by me
Hi everyone,
As it's December, I've decided to show you a nail polish which I think would be perfect to wear around Christmas!
My first swatch is Revlon Gold Coin.

I think this nail polish is great for Christmas because it's gold! There are so many things which are gold at Christmas: bells, tinsel, baubles, stars etc.

I think this nail polish is quite unique. I have never seen a gold nail polish like this before and is a great metallic colour. It has a great finish and looks great with any skin tone.

Avon Opal Top Coat Swatches

*This product was purchased by me
Hi everyone,
It's December! Which means Christmas is on its way!
I am so excited for Christmas, so to get into the Christmas spirit I decided to show you some swatches of Avon's Opal top coat. I have had the polish for a while now, and as soon as I applied it over metallic nail polish I knew it would be perfect for Christmas.

This polish is an iridescent flake polish, which shines different colours in light. I think It's a very versatile topcoat, which would look great with any colour.

Here is my first swatch:

For my base colour I used Models Own Peacock Green.

Christmas Lights!

Hi everyone,
I hope you had an AMAZING Christmas and Santa bought you everything you wanted!
For Christmas Day I decided to have Christmas Lights on my nails!

I used Models Own Nail Art Pen in Black ,  No7 Stand Back, No7 Foxglove, Nails Inc Atomic,  Avon Real Red and Max Factor Nailfinity Disco Pink. For the French Manicure I used  Rimmel Nail Tip Whitener.

The design was quite simple and the lights were based on the fairy lights in my room!

I hope you like them and let me know what you think!

Present Nails!

Hi everyone,
So today I decided to continue with my Christmas nail art and do present nails!

I used Models Own Peacock Green and Models Own Nail Art Pen in White.

I have to say this colour is one of my favourite Models Own polishes ever. In different light it is a different shade of turquoise and in photos it turns into a lovely blue colour. The polish itself is one of the quickest drying polishes I have used and also has a big brush for easy application.

I used the striper end of the nail art pen for the bows and it worked really well for the design, I recommend it to anyone!

Overall I am really happy with how it has turned out!
Let me know what you think!

Candy Cane Nails

Hi!
Okay so today I wanted to do something simple, and decided to do candy cane nails!

I used NYC Little Italy and Avon Real Red.

For this design I used striping tape for the first time, which meant the lines were a lot neater than what I could have done by hand! The tape was finicky to use at first, but after a couple of nails I got used to it and it worked really well!

Hope you like them, and let me know what you think!
