Jelly Sandwich Nails

Hi everyone,
So the majority of my exams are over now, I only have a couple left, so I am able to do more nail art now! - Sorry for the lack of nail art posts over the last couple of weeks! I have worn this design for most of my exams as it's simple, looks pretty and because I wanted to try out my new glitter polish!

I used Nails Inc Elizabeth Street and Technic Carnival.

For these nails I used the Jelly Sandwich technique. It's where you paint a sheer polish (or gelly polish) as your base colour, apply a coat of glitter polish and then apply a thin layer of the base coat. It's as simple as that!

Overall, I really like these nails and for some reason they remind me of cupcakes!

Let me know what you think
:)

  5. Looks great! This is what I was hoping the Barry M sequin nail effects would be like, but the texture in them means they don't look like this at all. Glad to know you can DIY something as good though.
