The Lacquer Legion: Glam

Hi everyone,
So like I said in my Blogging Break post I'd still take part in The Lacquer Legion and the Polish Party. When I saw the prompt for this months Lacquer Legion I knew I had to take part! This months Lacquer Legion theme is Glam!

As soon as I saw the theme I knew exactly what design I wanted to do.

Here's my design:

I used Nails Inc Luminous Red and Revlon Gold Coin.

For me red nails are always glamorous, they stand out and are a classic.
I then decided to freehand gold half moons, they're not my best but I think they look okay. I think the gold just adds to the glam - a lot of celebrities often have half moon designs on their nails and it always looks great on them.

Here is a closer look at the design:

Overall I really like this design. It's sophisticated and elegant and stands out too!
Have you taken part in the Lacquer Legion?
What do you think of this design?
Let me know what you think
