31DC 2014 Day 5: Blue

Hi everyone,
I was so sad to take off yesterday's design, I loved it too much - I think I'll have to recreate it sometime, but anyway let's get on with today's design! So for today's prompt blue, I decided to go for a geometric design. This design is pretty simple and easy to do, but I've never done it before so I thought I'd have a go! 

I used Barry M Blueberry Ice Cream, Barry M Gelly Guava and NYC Ink Stain

This is a classic nail art design but shows off the some of the different shades of blue I have in my nail polish collection. I think adding a metallic shade to the mix really makes blueberry ice cream and guava stand out too.

Overall I really like that this design shows off the different blues I have in my polish collection. It's a quick design to create and can easily be done freehand.
