Technic Carnival Swatch

*This nail polish was purchased by me

Hi everyone,
So you may (or may not) know I am not a big fan of glitter polishes. I love how they look and catch the light, but I hate the removal process, it's just so tiresome. I know there is the foil method, but I am currently looking for an alternative as I don't think my mum appreciates me using up all of the tin foil in the house!

Anyway, on to the nail polish. After seeing Technic Carnival on a couple of blogs I decided I had to get it and ordered it from Amazon for £1.90. However the price seems to have increased since I bought it to £2.61 - which is still pretty good!

I decided to try this over a coat of Nails Inc Elizabeth Street:

Jelly Sandwich Nails

Hi everyone,
So the majority of my exams are over now, I only have a couple left, so I am able to do more nail art now! - Sorry for the lack of nail art posts over the last couple of weeks! I have worn this design for most of my exams as it's simple, looks pretty and because I wanted to try out my new glitter polish!

I used Nails Inc Elizabeth Street and Technic Carnival.

Summer Toes!

Summers here!
Well kind of. It's around this time that we all think about painting our toes and getting them ready to show off in sandals, so I thought I'd put together a little something with the colours I think should be on our toes this summer.

These are all of the polishes in my collection, which I think are perfect for summer. However, I don't have any green nail polishes but I would recommend perhaps Barry M Spring Green or Max Factor Cactus Green.

Barry M Nail Corrector Pen Review

*This product was purchased by me
Hi everyone,
Today I decided to review something I picked up from my local Superdrug store - Barry M's new Nail Corrector Pen!

This pen only costs £4.99 and is available from the Barry M website, Boots and Superdrug.
I have seen a lot of these corrector pens before, but they were pretty expensive (well expensive for a teenager!) so when I saw that Barry M were releasing one for £4.99, I couldn't wait to buy it!

This pen comes with two ends, the first one contains the spare nibs:

My No7 Voucher

Hi everyone,
I have decided to start a new series of posts where I will show you want I buy with my No7 voucher each time a new one comes out!

This time, I decided to buy a nail polish colour I never thought I'd like. I think nude shades are really nice, however I wasn't sure what shade would work best with my skin tone. I decided to take advantage of this voucher and purchase No7 So Simple.

What do you think? Have you bought anything with your voucher?

Models Own 6 Way Nail Buffer Review

*This product was purchased by me
Hi everyone,
So today I thought I'd share with you one of the most important parts to my nail care routine: My Nail Buffer. You have probably guessed from the title that it's the Models Own 6 Way Nail Buffer, but let me tell you now it is AMAZING.

I received this buffer when I went to Clothes Show Live a couple of years ago. It has lasted me about a year now, and for the past couple of months I have been on the hunt for another one of these. They are available on the Models Own website for £5.00 each, however after a little bit of searching I managed to find it on offer for 3 buffers for £1.80 on eBay!

Max Factor Disco Pink Swatch

*This nail polish was purchased by me

Hi everyone,
Today I have decided to do a swatch review of Max Factor Disco Pink. I received this nail polish as a freebie last year when I bought some Max Factor products at Boots.

I have to say I wasn't really keen on the colour at first as I don't really like bright colours, however after applying it, I quickly changed my mind!

My Haul

Hi everyone,
Today I thought I'd show my haul from last month. I didn't actually realize how much nail-related products I bought, but I think I'll have to ban myself this month!

There have been so many offers on over the past month, I just couldn't resist buying nail polish!

Neon Smiley Faces

Hi everyone,
So today I thought I'd show you some nail art I did on my little sister. The last time I was in Boots I took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer and bought some new nail polish. My little sister loves her neon colours, so when I saw this I knew I had to get it for her. She absolutely loved it and immediately asked me to paint it on her nails with little smiley faces on. I have to say the yellow is a lot brighter than I thought - but she loves it!

I used Models Own Luis Lemon (Ice Neon) and Models Own Nail Art Pen in Black

Here is a close up:

What do you think?
