So a couple of weeks ago I bought a Models Own Corrector Pen. I've seen lots of reviews for the Barry M version of this (see my review here), but not many for the Models Own one, so I thought I'd let you know what I think of it.

This corrector pen is £5.00, which I think is a really good price.

It is available from the Models Own website, Boots and Superdrug.

Birthday Nails!

Today is my 18th Birthday!

I already knew what design I wanted to do on my nails for my birthday. It's a design I've always loved but have never been brave enough to try: Galaxy Nails.

Here's my design:

I used Avon Nailwear Pro + in Licorice, Models Own Magenta Pearl, Max Factor Mini Diva Violet, Models Own Grape Juice and L'Oreal Confetti.

I also used an unknown polish, which had tiny little silver glitter particles inside.

Simple Stud Hearts

So today I thought I'd show you a simple design for Valentines Day. I know usually Valentines Day is all pink and red, but I thought I'd do slightly different design for those of you, who like me, don't really celebrate it.

Here's my design:

I used Fingr's Heart 2 Art Peri - Wink Wink, and NPW heart nail art studs. 

To attach the studs I used my new rhinestone picker from the Born Pretty Store (see my full review here).

Born Pretty Store Bow-knot Rhinestones Review

Today I have some rhinestones to share with you from the Born Pretty Store. The product I am reviewing today is so cute! As soon as I saw them I had so many different ideas!

These rhinestones are in the shape of little bows and come in a wheel, which has 12 different colours. The product number is 4111 and you can see the wheel here. 

Purple Feathers

Hi everyone,

Before I talk about today's design I wanted to find out your thoughts on something I've added to my blog layout. I have added a feature on the side bar called "search by colour" so if you are looking for a particular coloured nail art you can easily find it. 

What do you think about it? Do you think I should keep it or get rid of it? (Also, the colour labels I have used for it are temporary, they will be changed hopefully by the end of this week.)

Anyway onto the nail art!  As you probably know I love purple polishes. For this design I wanted to combine two purple polishes in my collection and use my nail LA Colors nail stripers. I wanted something simple which would show off both colours really well.

Here's what I came up with:
